The services that are provided through this website
are strictly to backup your games/software, which you certify to
currently own and want to protect from possible damage. These
duplications are allowed under Section 117 of the U.S. Copyright Law and
UK copyright, design and patents act 1998, and you are entitled to this
service by law. We provide this as a service, we are not selling you
games/software, we are selling backups of games/software you already
own. This company will not be held accountable for the purchaser's use
of our backups. If you sell, trade, or forfeit your ownership of your
original software, you agree to destroy the CDR backup of that title.
You take full responsibility for your own actions when using these
back-ups and release us, including all employees, from all
liabilities, which may arise - expressed, written, or implied. By using
this website, you are complying with these regulations. This allows us
(the service provider) to duplicate, and you (as a consumer) to receive
the right to use our backups.

WHAT IS A MOD CHIP
A Mod Chip is an electronic chip that is added to the PlayStation,
PS One, PS2, Dreamcast, or XBox game console - modifying it to boot
up all CDs. It allows you to play EVERY IMPORT GAME and EVERY
CD-R/DVD-R BACKUP. During the Boot sequence the console checks the
Boot Information on the Cd. This information is missing on Backups.
Import Games show a foreign one. The Mod Chip injects the correct
boot information!
IMPORTANT
The intended purpose of this chip is to allow you to use your game
console to play imports and backups of software that you legally
own, as is allowed by law. We accept no responsibility for the use
of this device to play copies of games you do not own. Using a MOD
CHIP to modify your console will void your warranty.
